The global Strategic Programs team within Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help grow and maintain key strategic programs. You will drive quality, efficiency and velocity for all of Atlassian through the expansion and adoption of our global programs related to Talent Acquisition. As a strong contributor of this team, you will have proven success delivering projects, outcomes, and a passion for people.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Create, manage, and engage a variety of remote audiences within Atlassian to share information, respond to questions, and maintain day-to-day operations for specific programs
  • Create compelling presentations and reports driven by data and effective storytelling that enable stakeholders to make educated and informed decisions
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings amongst internal stakeholders to drive consensus and decisions in order to advance program goals
  • Participate in updating and owning parts of the operational calendar/cadence for programs with the team to ensure delivery of roadmap on a weekly basis.
  • Engage with key leaders within each business stream to influence and motivate change.
  • Support and own multiple cross-functional work streams supporting a variety of strategic programs during a critical time of growth for Atlassian
  • Think strategically about the direction of a program while executing on a high volume of tactical needs and requests driven by the business
  • You will engage with cross functional teams to build positive and collaborative partnerships and ensure programs are operating and executing according to goals and needs
  • Own, direct, and drive timely and effective communications, especially in regards to setting up new processes and other change management activities for the program. This includes audiences from within the Talent Acquisition function and across various business teams where programs are live.
  • Ensure implementation/execution/adoption across the company where program is live.
  • Partner with the TA Operations and People Analytics functions to deliver quality metrics that drive priorities, measure outcomes and efficacy and enable better decision-making
  • Work in a remote environment, interfacing and supporting Atlassian teams across the globe.
  • On your first day, we expect you to have:

  • Strong strategic Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, People programs, or related experience. Preferably gained in dynamic companies with outstanding talent management practices in learning strategy, analytics, performance management, talent development, and program management.
  • Successful track record in building, implementing, and delivering key programs and showing direct, positive linkages to the achievement of business strategy or OKRs.
  • Experience in project management and delivering high quality presentations, communications, and artefacts to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences.
  • Proven experience in building and delivering global people programs with related subject matter expertise in HR or talent acquisition work.
  • High levels of resourcefulness, influence, organisational savviness, execution skills (strategy through implementation) and executive presence.
  • Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations, including knowledge of change management best practices.
  • Formal training in Agile methodology, technology, and product development is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills adjusted for different audiences.
  • Proven experience as a self-starter and the ability to manage work independently and as part of a team.
