We are ramping up our membership sales and we need an organised and driven manager to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives. We are at an inflection point and gearing up for huge growth in the next 12+ months, and you will ensure our membership sales team is consistently booked up with potential LegalVision members.


The Opportunity

We acquire the majority of our inbound leads through digital marketing. Your team will swiftly contact these leads, triage, qualify and book them in for discovery meetings with our BDMs (known internally as Legal Solutions Consultants). You will be managing a team of ~10 FTE SDRs working across inbound phone, web and chat queues. You will ensure our first impression is always incredible and that our SDRs are turning qualified leads into warm meetings. You will work with the Head of Growth to optimise our team’s performance and processes to maximise meetings and hit our meeting KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and coach your team to enable them to do their best work - having regular 1:1s, managing team enquiries and client escalations.
  • KPI management - creating accountability and motivating the team to succeed every day
  • Inducting and training new and existing team members.
  • Team operations, staffing and recruitment.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to provide lead quality feedback and marketing ideas.
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • You have experience as a SDR or inbound telesales team leader, or have a minimum of 3 years experience as a high performing SDR.
  • You live and breathe business sales: you will understand our ideal client and lead funnel and will be able to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Commitment to creating incredible experiences for every client: going above and beyond is second nature to you, you are a role model for client service.
  • Incredible organisation: you can create and follow a system and process to allow you and your team to manage a large volume of leads and tasks.
