The role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, helping them successfully implement the Ailo platform and driving initiatives to create excellent customer outcomes.

You will be a great communicator, passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, while being able to manage timelines and drive outcomes. You need to be energetic and thrive in a strong culture of open communication, cross-functional teamwork and be ready to pivot to deliver best outcomes.

Core Duties and Accountabilities

  • Working with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Design, manage and execute implementation plans
  • Work confidently with our customers to move them through technical and logistical processes to get them successfully onboarded
  • Demonstrate product/platform functionality throughout the implementation phase
  • Focus on customer success by using data metrics to drive best outcomes
  • Ensure customers understand and adopt our platform
  • Reference and update onboarding documentation as required
  • Work with cross-functional colleagues to define processes and best practices for implementation and training

  • Must have at least 3 years experience with customer onboarding in software/technology and/or real estate industry.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering and implementing solutions
  • Resilient with an exceptional ability to perform well in the face of tight deadlines and tough technical challenges
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to deliver extremely high levels of customer satisfaction
