The Role: 

In this position, you will work directly with our small to medium sized clients, guiding them through our onboarding process including setup, configuration, and training.

The right candidate should be technically in-the-know and an excellent communicator that relishes delivering results and hitting timelines. Customer focus is a must, you’ll need to be organised and driven by solving problems. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist / run recurring onboarding Webinars by providing real-time Q&A for participants. 
  • Analyse Webinar attendance to determine which customers require additional attention in order to be successfully onboarded and become Deputy advocates. 
  • Provide online 1 on 1 onboarding assistance with customers to enable their success. 
  • Provide process improvement suggestions that can enable quicker, more efficient onboarding experiences
  • Provide weekly updates of onboarding statistics
  • Utilise internal tools to manage and track all customer onboarding interactions
  • Onboarding assistance often includes, but is not limited to: Providing advice for industry specific best practice account setup, & Initial account configuration, which includes Locations, Areas and their Team, & Training the customer through the Deputy life cycle: Scheduling, Clocking In, and Timesheeting & Ensuring successful timesheet export and pay runs with their selected payroll provider
  • Experience:

  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, and communicate with diverse groups and individuals  
  • Experience in excel data manipulation and similar tools 
  • Must have excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken
  • A team player who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Preferred University Education with a Bachelor’s Degree
