Kasada can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Kasadians can choose to work remotely, return to an office or work hybrid, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually.

Joining the People & Culture team as our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be delivering an incredible experience to every candidate. What you will bring

  • Endless energy and drive for developing new and innovative approaches to attracting highly talented technical candidates. 
  • Strong understanding of Culture, Values and Candidate Engagement preferably in a tech /similar environment.

  • Resilient, proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach and mindset.
  • Proven experience in all parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including driving candidate pipelines, branding the company as an employer of choice and guiding hiring manager relationships.
  • You’re a networker who nurtures individual relationships across multiple channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • You are about “people”! You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to engage & build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bring heaps of curiosity, asking the right qualifying questions to truly understand what motivates and drives people.
  • Being a true Culture Promoter – a passion for creating a talent acquisition experience that engages, excites and bonds with our candidates to promote Kasada.
  • You're an autonomous self starter who can work and create team cohesion remotely.
  • Strong experience using data and metrics to inform strategy and make innovative improvements to hiring. Prioritising with ease.
  • Proven ability to successfully operate with flexibility in an environment of change and growth that empower teams to execute their development plans.
  • You are passionate about candidate experience and get energy from representing a top Cyber Security brand.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in an in-house talent team or recruitment agency predominantly focused on tech roles
  • Previous experience in the tech industry will be highly advantageous
  • What you will do

  • Lead, manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment globally, particularly for technical roles within Engineering, Security Engineering, R&D, and Technical Support
  • Creation and implementation of innovative candidate sourcing initiatives, events and programs; delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of the Kasada Talent Acquisition strategy and anticipate business needs to satisfy the exponential growth across the business
  • Kasada Ambassador: Be the face of Kasada and evangelise our compelling story
  • Coach and train internal stakeholders on best practice interviewing techniques and our interview process
  • Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships
  • Contribute to building our employer brand through cross-functional collaboration, communications and utilising different channel networks
  • Champion and drive a diverse and inclusive environment, regardless of candidate location
  • Stay on top of changes in the talent market, understanding trends and pivoting recruitment activities to suit; this may include identifying new sourcing channels to develop robust talent pipelines
