About The Position 

Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are searching for outgoing, articulate and confident individuals with B2B sales experience to fill a key Sales role at Maropost and be the influential with the Maropost Australia sales team. This position will grow, develop, harvest and maintain business opportunities in APAC. We are interested in people who are professional, results driven and entrepreneurial. 


  • Prospects, cold calls, and develops new business relationships within target accounts. 
  • Manages all sales activities for target accounts. 
  • Meets with prospects and clients to discover needs and requirements to increase chances of winning new business. 
  • Updates individual sales plans on a continuous basis in order to develop and grow the territory. 
  • Works through a complex sales cycle effectively and manages the sales process. 
  • Demonstrates proficiency in company and competitive products. 
  • Engage sales resources in an effective manner: Operations, Solutions, Product, and Executive teams on the development and execution of customer account plans. 
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, prospect, customer, pipeline, and forecast information. 
  • Conduct effective technology demonstrations online and in person. 
  • Meet or exceed personal sales quota. 



  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise software or direct B2B selling. 
  • Knowledge of iOS back-end services is desirable. 
  • Experience calling on Sales, Marketing, and Procurement departments. 
  • Experience cold calling/outbound Fortune 1000 companies. 
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies. 
  • Experience selling large volume deals upwards of $200,000 ARR. 
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to work through a complex sales cycle of 12+ months. 
  • Outstanding presentation skills in front of small and large audiences. 
  • Highly energetic, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, and analytical in nature. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, prospects, and clients. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. 
  • Experience creating new business opportunities. 
  • Highly collaborative, team player, and positive attitude. 
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
