So what’s the role about?
The Organisational Development Manager defines the processes and drives initiatives that set up 99ers globally to perform and thrive by driving Learning and Leadership Development, Wellbeing, and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, Leadership & Wellbeing (another newly created position), you will help make the 99d journey fun and enable 99ers to create their own success. More specifically, you will research, recommend, design, launch and facilitate people initiatives in close collaboration with the broader People Operations and leadership teams.

This is a newly created division in a fast-growing, and changing environment and there is a lot to do! We’re looking for someone who is excited by defining strategic outcomes and making them happen. Your previous experience in learning and/or organisational development roles will enable you to communicate and understand the needs of a diverse audience, in different locations around the world.
