Interested in kick-starting your career in Technical Talent Acquisition? Studying and looking to get exposure to a high-growth startup? Flare, one of Australia’s top startups, is looking for a recruitment coordinator to help us hire the best talent. You will work directly with the Head of Engineering and Chief Product and Technology Officer. And get invaluable experience in all stages of the recruitment process. You will work out of our office in Barangaroo with the opportunity to work from home for some of your hours.

You will:

  • Work closely with technology leaders to source applicants
  • Conduct initial interviews, screening applicants, and helping them get excited about Flare
  • Schedule interviews and technical assessments, and manage the feedback process
  • Assist with closing candidates
  • Track and report on the hiring pipeline

You:

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and love talking to new people
  • Are organised, efficient, and self-motivated
  • Are tech savvy, adjust quickly to new software systems, and are excited to learn how to screen technical candidates
