As the Technical Writer, you will be responsible for authoring and editing a variety of content that will be published across multiple platforms. You will ensure that new features and functionality are appropriately documented so that our customers understand how to configure, implement, and maintain them.
You will interface with product management, development, quality assurance and customer success to prepare and deliver instructional documents, articles, walkthroughs and videos with the main goal to communicate complex, technical information more easily.
The ideal candidate is a technically minded, self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease and enjoys collaboration but is confident operating independently as well.
