About the opportunity:

This role is responsible to generate and convert a new business pipeline for both online and instore at an enterprise level in the retail vertical. Leveraging strong relationships with Openpay partners eg Shopify, Big Commerce, Magento, Pronto, Island Pacific etc.. to pitch and win national brands. Some highlights in FY21 included onboarding Officeworks, Kogan Group, Mosaic brands. You are someone who thrives on winning, supporting team members, and being part of a high growth business.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating and growing a new business pipeline
  • Relationship management with Openpay channel partners to leverage new business opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver pitch presentations to “C” suite
  • Work across functional teams on final proposals
  • Negotiate terms of the deal to close
  • Report market and business performance

What you will need to have

  • Preference to have a Bachelor of Business Degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role, selling to National Retail brands
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow through
  • Ability to create enticing pitch presentations and strong delivery skills
  • Experience in influencing and negotiating
  • Strong track record closing new business
