We’re looking for a dynamic start-up sales manager, ready for a pivotal role in managing and growing sales, primarily focused on North America, but also supporting the Middle East, Australia and new markets.

Our Global Sales Director will coordinate sales activities in all geographies and grow a successful sales team.

This is a full-time role in an early stage start-up. Compensation will comprise of base salary, competitive success-based earnings and equity. Exceptional, fast-moving candidates may be rapidly promoted. 

Key requirements:

  • Strong start-up sales experience, from leading a sales team and taking a company's sales from the ground to >$3 million in revenue
  • Have a track record of exceptional sales achievement through the entire sales cycle from lead identification to conversion and account management
  • Have strong experience in telesales and selling products remotely
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in SaaS technology, medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales
