What are we looking for?
We need a Java guru who has been working with Kotlin more recently to join our Payments Experience team in a senior engineer role. This is a tech stack that’s been built from the ground up, with no legacy code, and a team who are hungry to learn alongside each other.

You’ll solve complex back-end problems on customer-facing payments services, such as generating and using virtual cards, and integrations with payment providers.

You’ll also be heavily involved in the design and architecture of game-changing initiatives, building products that are competition-killers and changing the way people use Zip to pay, everywhere and every day.

We need to you have current commercial experience with the following technologies:

  • Java
  • Kotlin
  • AWS
  • Microservices
  • Docker
  • Bonus points for:

  • Devops skills - infrastructure architecture, IaC, Terraform, Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of payment gateways
  • Experience working in a fintech or payments product company
