We are looking for our next talented superstar to join our team. The Community Executive role will be based in Australia, acting as an integral member of our Growth and Community team. This role is focused on supporting growth and engagement of a large and active community of micro-influencers who cooperate with brands on TRIBE’s marketplace platform, creating user generated content and amplifying it through their own channels.

You are an individual who breathes all things digital, social media marketing, content marketing, data analytics, and are passionate about influencer marketing. You have a proven track record in working with marketing and customer success teams to generate high engagement among passionate digital influencers.

We are open to considering applicants throughout Melbourne and Sydney as we are a predominantly remote team.

Here’s what a day in the life of the Community Executive might look like:

  • Own execution and implementation of our community management strategies for our global community of creators
  • Support content marketing and social media marketing projects and campaigns from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Manage day-to-day multi-channel engagement across social media, email, push notifications etc. to activate influencers to submit to brands’ campaigns on TRIBE
  • Drive execution of creator education activities on social media by creating videos and posts highlighting best practices etc.
  • Provide weekly reporting based on social listening, including sentiment analysis, community trends, and insights
  • Find creative solutions to creators’ problems coming through our earned and owned channels
  • Support execution of TRIBE’s creator ambassador programme 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving community growth and engagement
  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketplace Support to streamline execution of campaigns on TRIBE’s marketplace
  • Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization
  • Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach micro influencers and every-day creators

There’s a couple of things we need you to confirm that you’ve got in your toolkit before hitting send on your application:

  • 1-2 years of startup/scale up experience with proven track record in building a thriving community
  • Experience working as influencers/creators on social media
  • Solid experience with social media marketing, content marketing, stakeholder management, project management
  • Thorough understanding of influencer marketing and social media marketing
  • Very data driven mindset
  • Experienced in LEAN environments, knowledge of scrum and/or kanban
  • Past experience with Hootsuite or other social media management tool is a plus
  • (Must be willing to work remotely)
