With a Data Analyst and Fraud Analyst reporting to you, you will provide key support for our Chief Operations Officer.
Focusing on sales and operations metrics, you will work to discover our bottlenecks as well as our biggest opportunities.

You will work cross functionally to achieve outcomes.
Dig deep into our current processes and extract inefficiencies - challenge our current workflow!
You will develop go-to-market strategies for our Sales team.
You’ll work with sales and operations to fine tune their metrics and provide greater clarity and focus for the team.

What You Bring
Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Experience in process improvement is a must!
Start Up experience is highly desirable - you know all about the “grey” areas and fluid environment.
Strong skills in quantifying improvements.
The ability to sell your ideas, build credibility and trusting relationships with stakeholders.
