Mobile Marketing Manager at Safety Culture

As SafetyCulture continues to rapidly scale, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Marketing Manager to join our Global Digital Acquisition team.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition you will own SafetyCulture’s global app marketing strategy and support our efforts in driving new user growth through effective paid mobile marketing strategies. You will establish trusted relationships with App Store Managers as you navigate users to download our awesome App. 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to establish an impactful Global Mobile Marketing for one of the world's fastest growing global SaaS companies. As one of our key acquisition channels, you will play an integral role to support our growth in new international markets in addition to growing our existing user base. 

What will I be doing?

  • Own, develop, and communicate SafetyCulture's mobile marketing strategy.
  • Lead our efforts in driving new user growth through organic and paid mobile marketing strategies. 
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Mobile Marketing and become our expert to share best practices
  • Partner closely with Web Developers, Analysts,Marketing and other cross functional teams as you implement and embed the Mobile Marketing strategy.
  • Set clear KPIs, goals, and determine what success looks like.
  • What do I need to bring?

  • Demonstrated In-house or agency experience, with a proven track record of driving mobile app growth.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in all aspects of Mobile Marketing.
  • From ASO, to review generation, to paid app marketing.
  • General understanding of SEO concepts & strategies, keyword research.
  • Strong analyst that is comfortable with making data-informed decisions.
  • A strong communicator that doesn’t speak in jargon can turn complex topics into simple messages.
  • Experience working in either SAAS, B2B or international would be advantageous. 
  • You are self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
