About the role

The mission of this role is to deliver against the hiring plan for Rokt’s engineering and product team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing plans and search strategies to attract the best talent and build robust pipelines - leverage internal and external sourcing functions, sophisticated use of recruitment marketing and social media, deep knowledge of bleeding-edge sourcing tools and programs
  • Partner as a consultative advisor to engineering and product hiring managers
  • Use data-driven approaches to provide expertise on hiring and alignment on expectations
  • Lead kick-off and candidate debrief meetings and ensure consistent, objective hiring process for every search
  • Partner with the People team and key stakeholders to optimize the recruitment process
  • A sophisticated approach to measuring pipeline effectiveness, workflow optimization, candidate experience.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity

Requirements

  • Industry knowledge of technology recruitment practices
  • Intellectual curiosity and empathy that enables you understand and match highly-skilled technical candidates with opportunities at Rokt
  • Hired engineers and product managers at other fast-growth technology organizations
  • Incredibly organized and detail oriented
  • Flexibility to partner with global teammates and stakeholders
  • Experience with EDI hiring strategies
  • An intellectual curiosity for the technical recruiting space with the ability to think of new and creative ways to build our technical talent pipelines
  • Have worked across different verticals of engineering skills (front-end, full-stack, Machine Learning, Platform, Infrastructure)
  • Strong partnerships with Employer Brand, Sourcing, Recruiting Operations functions.
