What's the role?

As a passionate Relationship Manager, you are responsible for helping us change the renewable energy future across Australia. There has never been a more important time for us to take a lead on shaping a renewable future and you will be at the front of this change as you build relationships with our green energy partners. As a motivated, self-starter with a desire to succeed in a sales orientated environment you will own a territory and help our customers and team access finance. Leveraging our existing partnerships and proactively identifying new opportunities, you’ll bring a highly commercial and strategic approach to complement your sales and relationship management expertise. You thrive on autonomy, and have leadership ability, initiative and commercial judgement to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

This role is suitable for a person who is passionate about building and maintaining relationships and has a genuine interest and excitement for this high growth, innovative and disruptive FinTech.

About you

  • 1 years' experience in sales/ finance account management preferably in third party intermediated channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting your sales and growth targets within the industry.
  • Proven execution of development strategies that underpinned your success in meeting targets.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and credit risk underwriting.
  • A “hunting” mindset with the ability to self-start and drive leads independently
  • Ability to grasp issues and find appropriate solutions to objections, often pre-emptively.
  • A genuine willingness and desire to represent Plenti with passion and energy.
  • Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
