A rapidly growing division of the global Openpay Group, Opypro is the cloud native B2B SaaS platform digitising and improving B2B commerce, specifically the relationship between a supplier and their business/trade account customer. Our current clients are the Woolworths Group, Hewlett Packard SMB and Kogan Commercial.

About the opportunity:

A key hire within the Opypro team, the National Account Manager – B2B will be joining a strong, collaborative sales team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our current accounts. You are an expert in developing relationships across all functions and at all levels with some of Australia’s largest businesses.

You’ll work with accounts to develop strategic partnership objectives and then execute a business plan, with both the supplier and the business customer in mind. You will launch new accounts successfully, manage change requests, find resolutions to client challenges, demoing the platform, training and education. You will also be instrumental in contract renewals.

You will be data driven with strong financial acumen to lead ongoing account business reviews and develop a focussed plan to drive growth. You have a strong track record exceeding given sales targets.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Obtain a deep and detailed understanding of the Opypro SaaS platform
  • Understanding and co-ordination client requirements around change requests with the product team
  • Implementing effective account management strategies (short term and long term) - QBR's, semi-annual and annual planning
  • Account growth forecasts
  • Develop strategic relationships at all levels and across all functions of accounts managed
  • Data and performance analysis, formulating insights and recommendations
  • Market analysis including changes to industry, market and consumer trends
  • Key point of escalation for account issues
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities

What you will need to have

  • Minimum 5 years account management experience with enterprise level clients
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS industry
  • Ability to develop successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • High attention to detail, are data driven and articulate
  • Passionate, energetic, accountable with a professional demeanour
  • Ability to find solutions and thrives on minimal supervision
  • Be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in areas like business development and product
