As our Marketing & Events Coordinator you will manage and execute all events for Advanced Navigation across the globe.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all events across the globe
  • Project manage the end to end delivery of the event schedule
  • Champion and implement event management process improvements 
  • Coordinate the pre-planning of a series of events including booking, contract negotiation and managing event suppliers to execute event concept and objectives.
  • Source, negotiate with and manage event vendors
  • Coordinate the event exhibitors including pre-planning and all onsite logistics
  • Manage the budgets of the events.
  • Implement new creative directions, marketing plans & initiatives, including but not limited to collateral, social and cold call attendees.
  • Collaborate with the stand builder and local sales team for on-site execution.
  • Effectively measure and monitor the impact/outputs of events
  • Manage the events RSVP process flow   
  • Be an integral part of the Marketing team and support digital and traditional marketing activities
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tertiary qualifications in Events or Marketing
  • 2 years in a similar role
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to create and implement new processes
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in B2B marketing with an ability to quickly understand technical products and translate them to real customer value propositions
  • Ability to work autonomously to reach pre-defined goals.
  • Have experience managing third party vendors and negotiating contracts
