We are now searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join our extraordinary and rapidly expanding team. This is a huge opportunity to supercharge your career in the start-up space and learn more than you would ever learn in a 'traditional' marketing role. This is not a role for the faint-hearted. You will need to understand working at speed, true resourcefulness, ingenuity, and resilience as we are growing fast. You will need to be the kind of person who is hungry and humble in equal measure and wants to learn continually and is unafraid of being out of your comfort zone.
The role in a nutshell
This role will be all about learning and hustle. Working directly with the Marketing Manager, you will support developing your skills and growing your career. We are customer-obsessed, and while many of the technologies we're marketing are super high-tech, our strategies are rooted in a combination of best practice and experimentation. We're all about always learning and optimizing so if there is a new tool or framework that may improve outcomes, we're always open to learning.
Some key goals for the year that you will be involved in:
- Developing a world leading "automotive-grade" brand: You will help build a brand by assisting in managing different external stakeholders such as design agencies, freelance writers, and being involved in every part of the journey
- Optimizing Performance: You will help keep track of our channels so that we can see and continually improve the key marketing metrics in the business. Here you will learn to see what is and isn't working and encourage optimization.
- Drive Synchronicity: Baraja wins by playing together brilliantly as a team. That means working effectively with the business as a whole and striving to understand what everyone is working on and excited about.
