Showpo is on the lookout for an Influencer Manager to lead our influencer program, taking ownership of all influencer and creator relationship management, leading the charge to connect and build our brand and product with millions of fans around the world each day through creator and influencer activity.

About The Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with Australia’s leading fashion e-commerce retailer. It’s a fun, hands on role working in an agile and creative environment.
  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and youth culture, who has experience working with epic influencers and content creators, lives for pop-culture, fashion trends and knows what ‘relevant’ is - how to identify it, create it, start it.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and grow our global influencer and creator program
  • Take full ownership on briefing and management of influencer contracts
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key influencers in line with the brand across all social platforms
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team on influencer focused campaigns
  • Constantly source new talent which aligns with the brand
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate influencer strategies that work across different channels
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Negotiate and deliver cost effective use of budget
  • Team leadership
  • Skills & Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar social & influencer based role
  • Extensive knowledge of global influencer marketing and current rates
  • A strong influencer relationship network globally
  • Lives and breathes social media and influencer marketing
  • A go-getter attitude
  • Proven track record & results in previous position
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communicationInterpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Works well in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
  • Works well with a team, while also being hands on with the ability to work independently
  • Results-oriented and brand focused
  • Have a strong portfolio of social media work working with top influencers or creators both domestically and internationally
