What's involved...

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join the Operational Excellence Team, reporting to the Head of Operations Excellence. You will be able to evaluate existing processes, define and lead the different future operational requirements, from small projects to complex automations. You will be able to work cross-functionally and comfortable in leading deep logistic conversation between different stakeholders, internal and external. Your long term vision will help the business to reach a sustainable maturity.

  • Analyse the different areas of improvement across our Fulfilment Centre (FC), including data analysis and documentation,
  • Draft concepts, Design and Implement complex projects using 3D modeling, including process design, material flow, 2D layout and equipment specifications,
  • Support different stakeholders by providing logistic expertise in a large-scale industrial environment,
  • Optimization of our different area of responsibility,
  • Develop a long term strategy with the different stakeholders,
  • Organize and manage long vision meeting with senior management including the Executive team,
  • Lead external discussions between THE ICONIC and the suppliers,
  • Manage high CAPEX projects including suppliers management,
  • RFP development and business case writing,
  • Communicate internally the future of the Operations, including the use of VR Tools,
  • Track effectiveness of implemented solutions on a monthly basis,
  • Track FC capacity on a monthly basis,
  • Ensure that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified regulations,
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in support of continuous improvement activities.

About you...

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical or logistic preferred), Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent,
  • 8+ years of experience in the job offered or related environment such as Continuous Improvement Engineer, Logistic Engineer, Industrial Engineer, in a large-scale environment,
  • 3D and 2D drawings skills (minimum intermediate+ level) in any industrial design softwares (Sketchup preferred),
  • Creative and open mindset,
  • High level of analysis and long term view,
  • High level of curiosity and logical thinking,
  • Lean and Six Sigma methodologies knowledge,
  • Business development mindset balancing with a people well being philosophy,
  • You are not afraid to challenge yourself and others,
  • Excellent communication skills or how to explain simply complex problem to a wider audience,
  • High level of adaptability (including AGILE methodology),
  • Being autonomous as well as working well in a team.
