With over 600 people globally, we have offices in Guadalajara, Mexico & Los Angeles, alongside our funky Melbourne HQ. What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for internal IT related matters primarily within the business capabilities delivery stream.  This includes leading and supporting processes and services for SaaS cloud software configuration, administration and lifecycle management, associated cybersecurity requirements, knowledge management and customer relationship management.   

You'll collaborate with key stakeholders as a liaison between IT and the business, work with the broader program team on projects requiring IT integration and support, and identify and develop automation for business processes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong customer centric, knowledge sharing, proactive, service delivery mindset
  • Great business and technical all-rounder, troubleshooter, generalist
  • Business analysis and/or Technical support experience (5+ years)
  • Experience with cloud based solutions e.g. Google Apps, Dropbox etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and articulate methodologies and results to non technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise processes and tasks
  • Proven ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships with people at all levels through forging useful partnerships across different business groups 
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare briefs, reports and correspondence and convey ideas appropriate to broader Envato teams
  • Strong ability to analyse and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions
  • Strong ability to converse with end-users at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in requirements gathering, application configuration, new feature rollout (user stories) etc
