More About You:

  • You are passionate about playing a key role in providing personalised, high-touch support to both our Enterprise Sales Representatives and Enterprise customers when it comes to their quoting needs during the pre-sales phase.
  • You are passionate about collaborating with our Enterprise Sales Representatives and delivering white-glove customer experience to our Enterprise customers on the scope of billing, licensing, pricing, and account management issues for new and existing enterprise customers. You thrive on providing timely, accurate customer responses that anticipate future needs and build confidence in solutions.
  • You are interested in developing a strong understanding of all Atlassian business model, pricing systems, and product offerings, and enjoy learning new systems, products, processes and policies.
  • You are excited about serving as the point of contact and subject matter expert on Atlassian business, operation, customer service, and revenue policies.
  • You love putting yourself in your Enterprise Customer’s shoes, enjoy solving problems, identifying root causes of issues, and thriving on Playing as a Team.
  • You are passionate about working collaboratively with a highly distributed team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • On your first day, we will expect you to have:

  • Experience in White-Glove Customer Service, Sales Operations, Customer Support, and/or Revenue Operations
  • Experience with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure to handle large volume of deal requests
  • Experience working not only cross-functionally but cross geographically
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience in interacting with Enterprise Customers
  • Proven aptitude for navigating through ambiguity
  • It would be great, but not required, if you have:

  • Experience with Atlassian’s systems and tools such as Jira Service Desk and Confluence
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (AR)
  • Knowledge of the Enterprise Sales Cycle
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline

     We are building an entirely new Customer Advocate Team. This new Global Enterprise Customer Advocate team will be responsible for collaborating with our Enterprise Advocates as we join forces to support critical customer touch points that begin with the initial pre-sales conversations all the way through to the quote creation, negotiation, and purchase. Success will be measured by the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of the solutions, and additional metrics and benchmarks will continue to be fleshed out as this team takes shape.
