We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to join our fast-growing company and lead a greenfield product in the health and disability sector.
Your work will directly impact the lives of people with disability, the providers who deliver services to them, and the families who are in the dark about how to help them live their best possible life. We want you to light up and innovate in a disability space that has been left behind. You’ll be working in a tight-knit, collaborative start-up team alongside talented Engineers, Product Designers, and Founders to build a next-generation marketplace with a focus on exceptional user experience.
In disability, it’s all about human connection. Your main job will be to help to shape the product and platform that is initiative and offers peace of mind to people with disability, their families, therapists, and businesses in the disability space.
You will be the lead, hands-on Designer for some of our largest and most challenging products and projects. We expect everyone to participate in creating design documents, engage with other leadership roles to help with the execution of the product strategy.
We openly share, identify and communicate best practices for Product & Technology, and collaborate with teammates to determine the best solutions to difficult problems.
