To further power this growth, we are hiring for a rockstar to come in and lead our demand forecasting, inventory management and sourcing operations functions. You could be an ex-management consultant, experienced merchandise planner or working in a startup in the areas of operations or backend product management.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of demand forecasting, inventory management and fulfillment/ replenishment for the business. You will drive long term strategic impact by working with the sourcing head to build an agile supply chain through better new supplier selection and negotiations leveraging technology resulting in a superior customer experience through faster delivery of our products.
The successful candidate for this role will excel at developing and executing a clear operational roadmap for the forecasting, inventory management and replenishment activities of the business. You will need to be comfortable driving investment, growth and cost decisions in your stride leveraging technology at all stages.
