The Performance Marketing and Analytics Manager is a highly analytical, data-driven and results focused position, which will take hands-on ownership to execute Zeller’s performance marketing across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic.
In this role you will tackle both strategy and execution in parallel — to bring the delivery, management, optimisation and reporting of all performance marketing in-house by implementing best-in-class internal capabilities. Your core KPI will see you exceeding our performance marketing merchant acquisition targets by driving qualified traffic into our funnel, then tracking and converting it through to account activations.
You’ll also be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing analytics technology stack — helping to strengthen our attribution modelling and reporting across a variety of metrics including CTR, CPA, CVR and LTV / ROI.
This is an exciting, fast paced and influential role for a highly analytical and data-driven marketer with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and analytics. You will be fully accountable for the outcomes driven by Zeller’s performance marketing, and work cross functionally with the wider Growth and Product teams to ensure that collectively we are exceeding our goals.
