The role 

You’re accountable for ensuring we design and deliver amazing products to our clients. You will ensure our products are innovative and are also optimised based on regular engagement and insight from our customers. A product leader, a people leader and a project manager, you own the product roadmap and will work in close collaboration with our engineering and customer success departments to ensure we deliver on it! 

Through your strategic thinking, your deep product management expertise and your ability to build relationships you will be pivotal to taking FrankieOne to the next level. 

Your ticket to success:

  • Own the function. Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio.  This includes the definition of the product vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish Frankie as the number one regulation technology fintech. You are also responsible for defining, monitoring and delivering quarterly Objectives and Key Results to ensure we achieve our desired goals. 
  • Be a people leader. You will proactively manage your team, achieving steady improvements in the ways of working. You will also coach and manage junior and senior talent as appropriate, empowering them to find their own solutions.
  • Have your finger on the pulse. You work with our clients to understand their needs, translating them into actionable product enhancements. You will understand how you need to communicate your dependencies, requests and progress to internal stakeholders in a clear, realistic and concise way. 
  • Be an advocate. For Frankie, for the product, for our people and for our values.

In a previous life you have:

  • Built a product organisation and are a strong cross-functional leader and influencer who can motivate and inspire a team, preferably in a startup
  • Created / managed multiple products
  • A proven bias to action; analytical, you are a data-driven decision-maker 
  • Developed exceptional communication and people skills. You can explain with the complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders – Board, Clients and Internal teams
  • Showcased your ability to think strategically. However, you’re also someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and work with the team to make things happen.
