About the opportunity:

Joining a strong collaborative sales team, you will be responsible to onboard and implement new retail brands into the business and manage National Retail accounts. You must be an expert in developing relationships at all levels.

We’re looking for someone who has experience working with integration platforms, creating digital marketing campaigns to drive incremental sales and can use data for insights.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Successfully develop relationships at all levels of accounts managed
  • Launch new brands, leading the implementation plan, including overseeing integration
  • Access marketing calendars and mirror key offers across available awareness channels
  • Drive brand awareness online and instore, creating bespoke opportunities for growth
  • Use data to analysis account performance, formulating insights and recommendations
  • Market analysis including changes to industry, market and consumer trends
  • Quarterly account reviews and half year planning with key accounts
  • Close the gap plans to ensure targets are delivered
  • Key point of escalation for account issues
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities

What you will need to have

  • Minimum 5 years account management experience with national retail brands
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce
  • Experience having managed some of Australia’s biggest retail brands
  • Data driven with strong financial acumen and have led ongoing account business reviews
  • Demonstrate a focus on exceeding given sales targets
  • Ability to develop successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Ability to train product
  • High attention to detail, are data driven and articulate
  • Passionate, energetic, accountable with a professional demeanour
