We’ve raised multiple rounds of capital from top Silicon Valley and Australian VCs. We’ve grown rapidly, operate in three Australian capital cities and have plans to expand further around Australia and into other global markets.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hard-working sales professional to elevate our growth in QLD. Your role is to create a referral partnership network that creates inbound leads; turn them into listing presentations by effectively identifying their needs, communicate our value and position our solution, overcome objections and ultimately convert them into customers.

Your primary KPI is to drive new properties under management. You will interact with new and existing customers and your responsibilities will be to:

  • Build a referral network: Partnerships are important, your role is to create a network of referral partners that generate strong leads via our partnership program and by demonstrating the value of partnering with :Different.
  • Build rapport and identify needs: You are the face of the business and will often be the first to respond to a high volume of inbound leads. Your ability to build a connection with prospects and ‘peel back the layers of the onion’ to understand their needs is critical to progressing the opportunity towards a listing presentation.
  • Organise listing presentations: Whether it’s a phone presentation or a face-to-face meeting, you will be responsible for walking customers through our differentiated service offering. You will treasure these opportunities and act professionally throughout.
  • Overcome customer objections: Dealing with objections is a core part of a Growth Manager’s everyday life. our ability to overcome objections and brush-offs calmly, cooly, and with the right data-rich stories, will differentiate you from the competition.
  • Disciplined follow up: You are hungry for results and disciplined in your follow-up. You confirm the next best action with the client and set reminder tasks to follow through on what you promised.
  • Close with value in mind: Convert leads into new business. Value-based selling is an approach that focuses on benefiting the customer throughout the sales process. As a Growth Manager, you focus on taking a consultative approach to provide value to the customer so the sales decision is made based on the potential value :Different can provide.
  • Manage the CRM: Effective database management in the CRM is critical to your success. You implement effective tactics to ensure that there are no gaps in your CRM entries.
  • Be a great cross-functional partner: Work with our specialised teams, QLD Property Partners, leasing and field operations teams to onboard customers and deliver the best outcome.
  • WOW! the customer: creating seamless experiences that our customers are at the core of everything we do, so we want you to be laser-focused on not just winning the deal, but ensuring that your customers are set up for success.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in real estate Sales, Leasing or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of delivering new business.
  • First-class customer service and a professional phone manner.
  • Tenacious with the ambition to succeed.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload using effective time management.
  • Adaptable to change.
  • Responsive to coaching.
  • A LOVE of technology & a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Current Certificate of Registration.
  • Reliable car & drivers licence.
