The Growth marketing manager is a critical role in the scaling and commercialisation for an exciting new Tyro product.
 
This role is a multidiscipline role, which requires application of skills across digital marketing, branding and creative development, partner and corporate marketing to lead the ideation and execution of marketing activities in a fast paced and agile environment.
 
The role will be responsible for developing & executing plans to validate channels & propositions. The role will work day-to-day with both the product team and the marketing team to fast track to marketing activity in a test and learn framework – with a rapidly evolving technology product.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop growth marketing strategies and channel test plans to validate channels, segments and value propositions.
  • Ideate and write copy for proposed concepts or marketing channels executions
  • Author creative briefs and manage the briefing and feedback to freelancers copywriters and designers and production partners
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and fast delivery of output and alignment business objectives
  • Fast track  marketing activity / website pages / collateral / digital advertising  and partner marketing assets through the creative, brand, product and compliance frameworks to ensure speed to market. 
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative research to derive actionable insights that can be used to improve the success of our marketing efforts
  • Set up conversion funnels and measure results across all campaigns and able to develop & implement changes to campaigns based on the results.
  • Monitor market competitors, consumer attitudes and behaviour
  • Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor of Business in Marketing
  • 5+ years marketing experience with hands on digital and creative marketing
  • Experience in a high growth / start up or fintech environment
  • Financial services industry experience including compliance and risk requirements
  • Budget management and cost control experience with agency partners
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced working environment
