Our People & Culture Administrator is vital to the operation of our entire department. Responsible for a broad range of admin duties that span across the entire employee lifecycle, you will support Leaders, Team Members and the People & Culture Team. You will be responsible for effective process management, data capture, system utilisation and supporting the People & Culture team.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract and can be flexible between full and part time hours.

What will you do?

  • Administration support for P&C processes (e.g. on-boarding, induction, people changes and off-boarding), including preparation of all relevant documentation and updates in HR systems.
  • Support HR projects and Initiatives as required throughout the year
  • Manage integrity of employee information through HRIS (BambooHR)
  • Processing P&C invoices, ensuring accounts have all relevant documentation. 
  • Ad-hoc reporting including leave balances and headcount reports.
  • Generating relevant employee letters such as employment contracts, promotion letters and remuneration review.
  • Visa application administration
  • Event Management assistance
  • What you will bring:

  • You’ll have a strong administrative background with at least 2 years‘ experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organisation.
  • You’ll demonstrate a high level of discretion in your work and have experience handling sensitive information.
  • You’ll approach your work with a strong Customer Service mindset ensuring a superior employee and leader experienceYou’ll have Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • You have strong organisation and time management skills.
  • You can work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
  • You view your individual contribution as a cornerstone to the overall success of the team.
  • You’re adaptable, go with the flow and have fun at work.
