The primary purpose of the Website Manager is to oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage website performance, facilitate hosting and server management, and develop, maintain and update website content. Full stack capability would be beneficial.
 
A large part of this position is to work with and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies therefore written, verbal and presentation skills need to be of a high standard. Experience in project management is desirable whilst a history of working with creative is a plus.
 
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing you will be a key stakeholder in enabling Tyro to hit their App and Revenue targets with constant improvement of the website and its functionality.

Website

  • Responsible for Tyro.com (website)
  • Responsible for UI/UX/Dev/Testing of the main lead generation tool, the Wizard and integration with Pardot
  • Identify, design & build new website components as required
  • Review & approve all content updates & perform all website deployments
  • Ideation and implementation of conversion rate optimisation initiatives
  • Improving website UX and user journeys
  • Updating lead generation related content
  • Maintain Google Tag Manager and analytics platforms included in Tyro.com and other Tyro website projects.
  • Strategic & technical SEO advice & support
  • Implementation of technical SEO initiatives
  • Monthly audit of page speed & generating and implementation initiatives to improve speed
  • Reporting on high level user engagement such as page views, bounce rates, conversion rates
  • Agency Management

  • Strategic advice and direction
  • Monthly task creation & assignment
  • Day-to-day management and project communications, stand ups etc
  • QA of all code and implementation
  • Merging / deployment of all changes
  • Brand and Communications

  • Representing the Tyro brand & working to ensure consistency across not only the website but within Tyro, maintaining the Tyro Design System & Website Content directory
  • Supporting the creative studio with design activities related to the Tyro website
  • Maintaining the Tyro Blog
  • Supporting other initiatives such as brand campaign landing pages & ‘Question Tyro’
  • Maintain tyro.design (website)
  • Partners, Media & Legal

  • Support all partner marketing campaigns, landing pages & content updates
  • Maintain systems to support lead nurturing process
  • Maintain the POS Recommendation Tool
  • Support in maintaining individual POS partners on the website directory
  • Maintain Tyro Activate Partner Portal (website) as required
  • Be ready to post and update all financial information in a timely manner
  • Maintain related pages such as Investors, Tyro Board, Tyro Team
  • Update customer facing Terms & Conditions for Tyro including all products and campaigns
  • Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Building supporting systems to run the Tyro NPS survey
  • Building supporting systems to run MGM
  • Maintain the business loan calculator
  • Updating content around MGM, NPS, Customer Terms & Conditions, Business Loans, Banking, Tyro App etc
  • Support cross-sell campaigns
  • Identify and improve customer support journeys
  • Dev, content & tech support for team emails
  • Maintain Tyro Help (website) as required
  • Operations

  • Create, maintain & follow processes, documentation -
  • User Management (setting up / granting / removing access)
  • WPEngine based website deployment process
  • Development pipeline deployment process
  • Content authoring workflows (documentation)
  • Technical website systems & features
  • Security & Risk Management

  • Review penetration testing results and implement recommendations
  • Follow security best practices in development
  • Ensure to review all code/content changes to Tyro.com from a security perspective prior to deployments
  • Report all breaches and potential issues
  • Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day to day responsibilities
  • Comply with Tyro policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframes
  • Role model positive risk behaviours and contribute towards a strong risk culture at Tyro
  • Desired Qualifications and Experience
    ·       Proven experience as a web developer and designer using WordPress
    ·       Full stack capability
    ·       Design knowledge
    ·       Project management experience
    ·       HTML5/CSS3 and SASS
    ·       Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
    ·       Hands on experience with managing agencies
    ·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
    ·       Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    ·       Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
    ·       A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
    ·       An understanding of SEO
    ·       Experience in implementing and managing 3rd party plug ins
