To support our growth, Swyftx is looking to expand in Sydney and is searching for a results orientated High Value Account Manager who is passionate about building strong, genuine relationships with their clients.

About the opportunity

As a High Value Account Manager with Swyftx, you will build and nurture relationships with your portfolio of high value account clients. You will understand your clients' needs and will be able to advise them on how they can leverage our platform to achieve their objectives and long-term goals. Please note that this role will commence remotely, however we will be looking to open a Sydney office in the new year.


What you’ll do

  • Build relationships with your client portfolio and establish a level of influence that contributes to the growth of Swyftx
  • Develop strategies to effectively manage your portfolio in an effective way that promotes high sales volumes while maintaining a customer first focus
  • Partner with Customer Support to ensure all customer issues are effectively resolved
  • Adhere to the KPI’s and ensure a consistent client experience across your portfolio
  • Accurate and timely completion of all administration tasks and capturing of in-field activity within the HubSpot CRM system


About you

  • Prior experience working in a similar Account Management role
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to effectively persuade, negotiate and influence
  • Self-motivated, energetic and customer focused
  • Experience in financial services or the cryptocurrency space is highly desirable
