The Role

At Prospa, our design team spans the disciplines of product design, marketing & graphic design, and brand design. We consider each touchpoint with our customers — whether it’s a mobile app, a television campaign, window signage, or an email — to be part of the same customer journey. As such, when designing we like to consider the complete customer experience. We’re passionate about building a unified design organisation to provide a deeply comprehensive customer experience.

To support this, we're looking for a Visual Designer to help craft and deliver on our design vision and brand strategy across both digital and print.

You will be passionate about the role of design in solving sophisticated, real-world problems through intentional experiences. You'll love partnering with other hardworking designers and collaborating more broadly with a variety of roles across marketing, people and culture, product, and engineering teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Crafting digital and print artworks for artefacts such as digital ads, social posts, press ads, brochures, presentations etc.
  • Illustration and iconography.
  • Partner with our experienced in-house Copywriter to smash through concepts that bring messages to life.
  • Evolving brand visuals and maintain consistency throughout all deliverables.
  • Ensure delivery on time + on point.
  • Briefing and giving feedback to agencies.
  • Using existing code templates + manipulating existing HTML/CSS for digital execution.
  • Creating and updating web pages on WordPress from existing templates.
  • Designing internal swag, merchandise, event material and trade show artifacts.
  • Crafting, updating, owning and supporting a range of template used by Prospa employees, such as PowerPoint, Word, InDesign.
  • Creating and updating slides in PowerPoint and word.
  • Processing and preparing partner logos for co-branded materials.
  • Retouching, resizing and cropping images.
  • Creating interactive forms using Adobe Reader.

About you

  • Demonstrated ability working at an agency, in-house or combo.
  • Basic to intermediate HTML/CSS skills.
  • Top of the class Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign skills.
  • Hawkeyes. Supreme attention to detail at all times including sense checking for accuracy and impact.
  • Pipeline ownership+ communicate priorities + agree on expectations with key business partners.
  • Champion scalability with new processes / templatisation / organisation.
