The Role

Our Customer Onboarding Officers are responsible for providing an exceptional client experience by reviewing, verifying, approving, and creating new Pepperstone client accounts. Working in a collaborative and proud team, your new role will focus on two main responsibilities: ensuring the accurate creation of client accounts while maintaining the highest possible compliance and regulatory requirements, as well as contacting clients who have submitted their application to improve, support and hasten their application process. 

To thrive in this 3 month contract, you'll be curious, enjoy working in a customer-facing role, delivering exceptional customer service, while balancing compliance and regulatory requirements. You will be part of a fantastic team that thrives on collaboration, curiosity and people first mindset and will make a tangible impact on our global clients every day.  

You will be working 5 days a week in rostered shifts starting from 7 am or 9 am, with occasional weekend shifts.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, quality assurance, and customer due diligence
  • Fluent language skills in English and an additional language would be desirable
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks end-to-end and maintain quality even in busy times
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to use good judgment, act and make decisions with integrity
  • Strong time management skills
  • Competent technology and MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
  • Experience/demonstrated interest in Forex, Finance industry or similar (desirable)
