How you can help make a better world of work

We’re looking for an experienced go-to-market readiness manager to focus on our product and go-to-market processes. You will own the schedule from kickoff to launch, track the development of marketing assets and messaging to ensure a successful launch. Additionally, you will clearly communicate launch plans with key partners throughout the organization.

You are a self-starter that is driven by orchestrating how new innovations are brought to market. You thrive working in a highly collaborative environment touching multiple parts of the business and can work comfortably with ambiguity. You’re confident at drawing on your expertise to design and manage workflows and processes across the entire team. 

As a natural leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, and a creative professional. 

The Team

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing in Melbourne, you’ll collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to create and execute comprehensive plans to help us effectively take new offerings to market.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Proven track record of successfully launching numerous offerings to market in an international high-growth environment
  • Experience in designing and implementing new processes that touch multiple teams
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and achieve a shared understanding and vision
  • Results focus. Prioritize, plan, coordinate, track and evaluate projects, programs and processes with a strong emphasis on learning and continuous improvement
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar roles across Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations or similar roles with exposure to the product life cycle; high-growth and SaaS experience is a plus

 

What you'll be doing

  • Design and continually optimise our go-to-market launch process in collaboration with key partners across our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Develop and manage detailed product launch plans that consider cross-functional business requirements across our go-to-market and product teams and facilitate their timely and efficient execution
  • Identify and solve team constraints, dependencies, and deliverables associated with the defined objectives for any given launch
  • Consistently and proactively identify stakeholder involvement, including identifying and resolving roadblocks and program risks
  • Exercise excellent judgement with the communication and dissemination of program status, risks and provide executive summaries
