About the role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. This is a key role in our operations team enabling internal use of the Salesforce platform throughout the organisation. You will be developing and implementing operational procedures across the organisation to assist Lumary be compliant, efficient and profitable. As part of the operations team, you will provide insights, improve performance and assist in the creation of operational strategies. 

A day in the life

  • Proactively identify pain-points, unearth root causes and implement effective solutions through technology primarily using Salesforce.
  • Perform administration functions including managing user permissions, creating reports. and dashboards, and creating processes and flows within Lumary’s salesforce environment.
  • Manage the design, development and integrity of our salesforce environment.
  • Manage the integration of data from other technology systems across the business into Salesforce.
  • Work with the management team to help develop and implement operational plans and objectives.
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and improvement of operational methodologies and procedures within the organisation.
  • Ensure operations are being carried out in an appropriate and efficient manner, and help address internal problems and inefficiencies within the organisation.
  • Support effective communication, information and knowledge management throughout the organisation.
  • Improve processes, data validation and governance and reporting across operations and the business to assist the company in making data-driven business decisions.
  • About you

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience using the Salesforce platform including configuration (Salesforce certification preferred).
  • Degree in business, technology or relevant experience.
  • Experience in working for a B2B SaaS product environment (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and document concepts, processes and ideas to any audience. 
  • Familiarity with HR, business and financial principles (preferred).
