The Opportunity at Culture Amp
We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to primarily provide support to our head office in Melbourne but be a key member of our global Technology team. Culture Amp was born in the cloud, with no legacy technology we support the latest and greatest SaaS tools while also working on a host of exciting Technology projects to help enable our Campers globally.
This role will champion how we onboard, off-board, manage system access, promote self service and manage our endpoints, all the way through to working on larger strategic technology projects. We are aiming to split this role with a 50% focus on technical support, 50% focus on projects / proactive work. As a globally distributed business, the technology team is looking at ways we can scale, automate, and further enhance our Camper experience.
What You Bring to Our Camp
You’re passionate about providing world class support and consultancy to our Campers, looking through the lens of our people. A passionate and experienced technologist, you'll have proven experience with Productivity and collaboration SaaS tools such as G-Suite, Zoom Video Conferencing, Atlassian products, Slack, & Trello & have proven experience supporting Apple Mac Devices.
You’ll be familiar with incident management, MDM practices (Jamf), identity and access management (Okta), Active Directory and if you’ve dabbled in scripting or coding and have an interest in IaaS platforms like AWS and Azure those would be highly desirable. With offices opening back in 2021, ensuring our office experience is tuned and ready for our Campers managing AV, Zoom Rooms, TV’s.
We are a globally distributed Technology team, working across time zones is key in working as a cohesive group. You’ll be passionate about improving processes, ways of working and as a self motivator be keen to learn new technologies.
