Enterprise Customer Success Managers at Secure Code Warrior take our customers from ordinary to extraordinary through a personalised success journey which guides, coaches and nurtures their organisation through maximum engagement and adoption, resulting in best-in-class cybersecurity practices.
 
As a CSM with Secure Code Warrior you are our biggest fan, going beyond advocating for our products and fervently showcasing the value we bring to customers, jumping up and down to ensure customers are well aware of the impact we have on their business.
 
Let’s face it, you’re going to be talking to people all day every day, so it’d be safe to call you a people person right? Our CSM's have great stakeholder management, you'll work across multiple teams on daily challenges, where you'll use your resourcefulness to find solutions and deliver with a goal to delight.

This position is open to candidates preferably based in Melbourne however will consider candidates that reside anywhere in Australia.

What you'll do

  • Onboarding - you show our customers immediate impact, you guide them through the platform and maximise value immediately, you ensure they become a power user and have the ability to use the platform to its full potential.
  • Renewals - you’re planning the renewal journey with customers months ahead, you’re able to demonstrate Secure Code Warrior's value and what that looks like over multiple years. You partner with SCW Account Managers to ensure the renewal is smooth. 
  • Voice of the customer - you bring back the good, the bad, the ugly, warts and all, you work closely alongside the rest of the business to ensure the customer's voice is being heard.
  • Upselling / cross-selling - you’re constantly identifying areas of improvement and value for our customers.
  • Creation and maintenance of Success Plans for your portfolio of accounts.
  • Strategic Guidance - you will be guiding and providing best practice for our largest clients to build out world class AppSec Training programs 
  • Navigate Risk - sometimes risk is inevitable but the ability to be proactive and mitigate the risk is a must. 
  • Building out process improvements which contribute to the way we work as a function 
  • Mentor and guiding fellow CSM’s, especially those Associate CSM’s working with you on our largest enterprise customers
  • What you bring

  • This isn’t your first rodeo, you’ve got a long track record working with reputable B2B SaaS companies and taking them through memorable CS journeys.
  • You’ve got a loud voice, CS is the voice of the customer, you will work closely alongside our product and engineering teams and present data-backed trends that will help refine, improve and streamline products processes and improvements.
  • You realise that CS is a critical revenue function and along with value comes a price, you have no issues presenting solutions and value to clients, you have a knack for uncovering new opportunities and holding yourself accountable to churn, cross-sell rates, and ARR numbers.
  • Strong understanding but not limited to Application Security, IT Security, Software Development Lifecycle, and experience/exposure to SSO/API Integrations.
