About the role

As a Senior Total Rewards Analyst in our People & Culture team, you will work on key Total Reward programs across Zip with a focus on salary benchmarking and share plan administration. You will work closely with Zip’s People and Finance teams globally, as well as external stakeholders and vendors.

What you'll own and support:

  • Own Zip’s salary benchmarking for general level employees globally, maintaining strong data integrity, governance and keeping a pulse on hot jobs regularly
  • Support our external vendors to execute on reward programs such as employee share plan administrator Computershare on share plan events including offers and vesting
  • Manage Zip’s salary and benefit survey submissions
  • Lead Zip’s internal and external remuneration data projects including submissions for the Board, ASX requirements, Gender Pay Analysis and preparing Zip’s annual WGEA submission.
  • Support Zip’s performance and remuneration reviews to ensure we deliver leading-edge, equitable total reward outcomes.
  • Be the first point of contact for all Total Reward related enquiries.
  • Research benefits offerings in Zip’s different regions globally and advise on market competitiveness.
  • Support Total Rewards projects as per wider People team and Rewards strategy.
  • Contribute to the preparation of operational, regulatory and Board reporting.
  • Undertake ad-hoc data analysis and ensure data integrity is maintained at all times.
  • Enjoy working with people geeks, including our Senior Total Rewards Partner.
  • To help us level up, you'll bring:

  • 2 - 3 years experience working in Reward either in Consulting or as part of an internal reward team with exposure to salary benchmarking.
  • Experience working for an ASX listed company would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with employee share plans is highly desired.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience working with large data sets is essential.
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment, under high pressure and against changing demands and priorities.
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and manage stakeholder expectations is a must.
