What's the opportunity?

• To be a champion for operational excellence
• Contribute and cultivate an operations risk culture across all functions that proactively identifies processes and practices that result in customer/shareholder harm whilst communicating outwards on resolutions impacts. 
• Identify and sharing root causes of issues to process and product owners to solve for in product process design.
• Track, record, mine critical defects. Ensure cases are prioritized and served to their correct owner, the severity of issue sized and resolution/remediation is planned, communicated and understood
• Assist/Develop functional teams in identifying their key process risks and design tests that can be run proactively to ensure business critical processes are working as designed without surprises
• Assign outstanding issues to functional owners for sizing/priority and resolution
