About the role:

As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll be playing a key role in accelerating the growth and development of Xero Australia’s Partner (accounting and bookkeeping) community.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing,  you will champion #beautiful community interactions and marketing programs that supercharge product utilisation, customer engagement and advocacy, as well as drive product depth and channel revenue.

With your years of experience in B2B marketing, you’ll have proven expertise at balancing strategic and executional requirements and delivering tangible results. You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded and an excellent communicator, team leader and cross functional collaborator.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop the strategic plans and roadmaps to deliver to Xero Sales and Marketing objectives
  • Monitor B2B competitor activity and keep informed on trends, innovations, and changes 
  • Strategise with Xero Brand and Digital Marketing teams to optimize partner lifecycle marketing, across multiple channels
  • Monitor and regularly report on partner sales and performance tracking and campaign ROI, including experimentation outcomes
  • Represent Partner Marketing and advocate for our accountants and bookkeepers in relevant global and regional working groups or workshops 
  • Effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve partner marketing objectives, while nurturing and coaching junior team members
  • Work with the Education team to develop training opportunities and programs that will drive growth and retention
  • What you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience within a B2B or professional services environment across the full customer lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience driving and delivering successful GTM campaigns - end to end
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, deadline driven environment 
  • Proven understanding and experience using Xero highly regarded and/or Accounting Bookkeeping Industry experience (desirable)
  • This role is based in our brand new Hawthorn HQ office meaning our office is equipped with all the essentials for our teams to not only succeed, but love coming to work. Including a gym, cafe and in-house barista (with barista made coffee complimentary), a large terrace overlooking the city ready for Friday EOW drinks, as well as bike parks and on-site car parking. We also offer some pretty awesome flexibility between remote working and in office.
