Xero’s Customer Success Education Specialists work closely with our Partners and Small Business Customers to provide engaging and interactive content, to allow the user to gain the most from their Xero platform.
Working closely with our APAC Head of Education, this role will oversee the development and mentorship of our Education Specialists - offering practical coaching, and constructive feedback and direction.
This role will allow you to be our ‘go to’ person in Education AU, for questions around Xero Education projects, the Accounting and Bookkeeping industry and production processes.
You will work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the team is delivering to the highest standards, that is suitable for the AU market and above all technically accurate.
