The Position

Zeller is in the midst of moving into a fantastic new space in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD; we’re looking for someone equally fantastic to provide a seamless experience for anyone and everyone who comes into this space.

What you’ll be doing

Your role will be varied, and a lot of fun! On any given day you could be providing admin and/or facilities support; overseeing the organisation of fun team events, and be the first point of contact for our team (including new starters, candidates, and the Aussie team). 

You’ll work closely with HR, the leads, and the Zeller Vibe Tribe to foster a welcoming environment; be highly organised, and always be one step ahead when it comes to anticipating what we need to ensure Zeller continues to be a dynamic and enticing workplace.

The Office Experience Manager should have these skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal;
  • A willingness to get in and give things a go - we’re a growing team and sometimes we wear many hats - being adaptable is a must;
  • An ability to anticipate needs of others;
  • A knack for coming up with at times wacky and zany ideas (for employee engagement and other events);
  • Experience in a fast paced or tech environment would be ideal, but isn’t a deal breaker.
