We are currently looking for a Salesforce Admin/ Consultant to join our established and growing Professional Services Team in Sydney. Our Professional Services team combines project management, business analysis, quality assurance and development specialists, and this team’s pure mission is to support our clients to meet their specific needs. They enable greater production utilisation, driving up satisfaction and ensuring longevity.
Working in an Agile-based project environment, this role will be accountable for the design and development of custom solutions across all clients. This is a global role and will require the ability to work on multiple concurrent engagements. The work will vary from minor enhancements and complex defect rectification to the creation of entirely custom developed functionality. This role is critical to enabling system adoption and ultimately, client satisfaction.
