We are looking for a talented Implementation Consultant to join our growing Customer Experience

We’re experiencing our highest volume of new clients joining Flare HR’s platform and you’ll be instrumental in collaborating and guiding new clients on the critical and exciting journey to launch! If you don’t have previous implementation experience, don’t worry. You will be supported by the wider Customer Experience team who are focussed on team collaboration.

What You Bring To The Table

In addition to being awesome, down to earth, having a great sense of humour, you have a strong desire to continually master your craft, you also bring:

  • Ideally some project experience with an understanding of project lifecycle (experience is not critical, but can be valuable)
  • Passion to roll up your sleeves and desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced, high growth tech start-up environment
  • You are a natural problem solver and have a knack for analysing data to make decisions
  • Positive self-starter attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a challenging fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver on commitments.
  • Team player with great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail

Your Role

  • Creation of new accounts based on customer specification
  • Training of clients on the use of Flare software as part of a structured implementation plan
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Documentation of business processes and customer requirements
  • Data validation for all new customers
  • Collaboration with the Product team to evaluate and test new features and functionality
