Role Description:

Transformation team at Whispir is leading efficiency innovation within the business and operational excellence. We are responsible for digitalisation of business processes and operationalisation of product ensuring Whispir business processes are reimagined, automated and scalable to support our ambitious growth strategy.

As the new addition to the Group Services Division, we are still formulating the team and building our ways of working and structure from ground up. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a greenfields role, contributing to how the team operates, thrive in ambiguity and are determined to get the job done. 

Role Purpose

 Contribute to the efficiency innovation and success of Whispir by providing structured, data-driven approach to achieve efficiencies in daily operations and guide the strategic direction of the Transformation team. You will do this by providing quantitative data analysis, process analysis, participation in working groups, and making compelling recommendations.

What you’ll do

You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Enterprise Architects, Customer Success Managers, Sales and Marketing stakeholders on a range of Transition and Transformation initiatives. 

 Your curiosity, critical thinking, and desire to challenge the assumptions will lead to establishing process baselines, identifying measures of success and feeding data requirements into our technology road map. 

 Specific responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the transition roadmap by identifying, mapping and pulling together customer, platform utilisation and financial data to help plan the transition waves, measures of  success and opportunities to increase a share of wallet. 
  • Supporting the transformation program initiatives with quantitative analysis, baselining and forecasting the business value. 
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to clearly define and understand reporting and data requirements as well as presenting findings, insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver insightful data visualisations to stakeholders through the extensive use of data visualisation techniques, analytics dashboard design and analytics delivery best practices to add business value.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to changes in program or strategic priorities by responding to requests for additional adhoc reporting.
  • Create and maintain required documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary degree in qualitative disciplines such as mathematics, statistics, data science OR minimum 1 years’ industry experience
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and numerical skills (complex calculations, data analysis and reconciliation, numerical and verbal logical reasoning)
  • Extensive knowledge of databases, data integration, data analysis, aggregation and modelling using SQL
  • Ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands
  • Experience with MS Excel, Google sheets, Tableau and process mapping software
  • High level interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving  skills
