As Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be accountable for understanding the business requirements for the continuous enhancements on Salesforce; assist in the Salesforce enhancements; coordinating the prioritisation of requests from various teams across the Tyro; articulating the value or benefits of the enhancements; influencing the roadmap to ensure optimal return of the salesforce investment; and collaborating with the development team to ensure successful delivery of the enhancements and roadmap.
You will be reporting to the Salesforce Manager. The role will work alongside sales and customer services teams, and where relevant delivery leads from Engineering.
