We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to join our growing Corporate Development team. In this role you will be responsible for corporate development projects and drive growth opportunities. You will report into the Corporate Development Manager and Head of New Markets & Corporate Development. Corporate development initiatives will span fundraising, M&A, investor relations, new product lines and market expansion activities to identify overall opportunities for the business.
What You Will Do
Work with broader corporate development team, including Head of New Markets & Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer on general commercial activities and special projectsResearch, identify and explore new target markets for Brighte and presenting findings to C-suite, board and investorsIdentify and explore M&A opportunities across both group and product levelIdentify and build business cases for technology investments and execute and manage potential strategic transactionsBuild analytical and forecast models that utilise both financial and non financial dataManagement and execution of our due diligence processDrafting presentations, papers and other related materials for management,C Suite and investorsAssisting with debt and equity funding requirements of Brighte as we scale as a business Consulting with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans an assist the Corporate Development team members with fundraising activities and communication with existing investorsWorking with Corporate Development and Legal team to assist with regulatory considerations associated with new products and growth marketsProvide information to management by assembling and summarising data, preparing reports and conducting presentations of findings, analyses, recommendations and opportunities for value
Who You Are
You have strong experience within a management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy roleYou have project management experience. Specifically, execution/delivery of corporate transactions or strategyYou have financial modelling experience and understanding of financial statementsYou are self-motivated, driven, highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou have excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to drive results
